Please use this link to apply for a visa to enter Rwanda. The proposed address in Rwanda should be the address of the hotel you are staying at. The purpose of your visit is "Conference."
     In the More Details part, please write: "I will be attending the 5th Global Health Supply Chain Summit at the Lemigo Hotel in Kigali from November 14-16, 2012."
     Once you are registered for the Summit, we will send you an email with an invitation letter you can attach to your visa application.
